Shipping and Delivery
Portugal : The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Autonomous Regions (Madeira and Azores) : Delivery time may vary between 3 to 7 working days , depending on the location.
International Shipping : Delivery time will depend on the destination and the conditions of the carrier in the destination country, and may vary between 7 and 15 business days .
Portugal: We offer free shipping for all orders within Portugal.

We do our best to meet the delivery times stated, however, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs procedures for international shipments.

Returns and Exchanges
Our customers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, without the need for justification, as stipulated by Decree-Law No. 24/2014 .
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use or damage.
- The product must be in its original packaging , including all accessories, samples and/or promotional gifts, if applicable.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility , except in the case of a delivery error (e.g. defective product or different from the one ordered).
If you wish to exchange the product for another (color, size, etc.), follow the steps below.

2. We will provide instructions for shipping the product.
3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you a confirmation of approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
